The Brook Motors 25 Year Club was started on the 1st January 1957 & the first secretary was Mr Harold Mills, Mr Frank Brook was the president & Mr Jack Brook Vice-President. The first Dinner was held on 31/1/1958 at Heywood’s Café in Huddersfield & 108 members attended. The total cost of the evening was £192 & 10 shillings.
The dinner has been held annually ever since with the 50th ‘Golden’ anniversary being held on the 30th November 2007 at the Greenhead Masonic in Huddersfield. The total cost for that evening was £2,700. The current secretary is Mr Michael Johnstone & the President is Mr Robert Priestley.
